Yes. At launch, access is free. You register, an INTERCOL administrator approves your application, and you have full access to the training tracks, the Resource Hub and the certification exams.
Do I need experience to enrol?
No. The Beginner Track assumes no prior collections experience. The Intermediate and Expert tracks are designed for people already working in collections, credit control or accounts receivable.
Is the certificate recognised?
Certificates are issued by INTERCOL Academy and carry a unique verification code that employers can check online. They demonstrate that you passed INTERCOL's assessments; they are not a state or regulatory licence.

Can I enrol my whole team?
Yes. Each team member registers individually, or you can contact INTERCOL to arrange group access for a credit control or AR department.
